Biannual-annual activities.

1. BENCHMARKING report (Comparative). Biannual.

   Calculation of Average Values (References). Report preparation.

   Report availability:

   • August-September for the first semester version.
   • March-April for the annual version.
2. Company – SIP MEETING. Biannual or annual.
   • Shared review of the BENCHMARKING report.
   • Decision of the Improvement Plan recorded in the new annual Standards.

   Meetings usually attended by: company management team, technician managers, external advisers and the SIP consultant.

   The meeting can be held either in person or by Videoconference.
